Toast & Dough started with a simple promise: make the kind of breakfast you'd want every single morning. We bake croissants until the layers shatter, toast everything bagels until the seeds catch, and crack eggs to order - never before. The avocado is sliced, never mashed. The bacon is crisp, never floppy. The orange juice is squeezed from real oranges, by us, today.
Our Vietnamese iced coffee is brewed strong and sweetened with condensed milk the way it ought to be - bold but never bitter. Our green juice is a daily blend of apple, pineapple, cucumber, celery, spinach, and kale, sweetened only by the fruit itself. Whether you're rolling in pre-dawn for a quick croissant on the way to the surf, or settling in with a friend for a proper sit-down brunch, you'll find the same thing on every plate: care.
